14-Day Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom/Personalized products: Please note that custom photo paint by numbers kits are made to order and are exempt from the right of withdrawal. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@mypaintingworld.com to announce your return.
2. Pack the item securely.
3. Send the package to our headquarters:
   LTH Brands BV, Koningin Sophiastraat 30, 8019XZ Zwolle, The Netherlands.
   (Alternative charity return addresses are available for AU/US/UK upon request).

Return Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with track and trace.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days.
