Here's how you can order your own custom design:

Step 1: Choose the desired size and the number of colors in which your photo should be printed.

Note 1: The size of the photo is crucial. If you choose a larger size and a wider range of colors, greater detail and clarity will be ensured in your Paint by Numbers artwork.

Important Note 2: Black-and-white photos can only be created with a maximum of 24 colors.

Step 2: Click on 'Choose file'. Here, you can upload your photo from your computer or mobile phone.

Step 3: Click on 'Add to Cart' and proceed to the payment step to enter your address details. After payment, we will immediately begin the production of your custom photo painting!

Available Sizes:

• 16" x 20" (40 x 50 cm)

• 20" x 24" (50 x 60 cm)

• 25" x 32" (60 x 80 cm)

How do I choose the right format?

Please do not upload square photos if you have ordered a portrait format. If we receive a photo in the wrong format, we may need to crop it to fit the painting. Parts of the photo may not be displayed.

Make sure you have a high-quality photo. Always upload the largest possible image to achieve the best result. If the image is of poor quality, the painting may become blurry.

Be careful with shadows and sunlight in the photo, as they can alter the colors of your Paint by Numbers set.

Upload your photo: Use the 'Upload Photo' option above to upload your favorite photo. Simply click 'Choose file.'

Place your order: After uploading the photo, the file name will appear behind 'Choose file.' Now you can add your custom design to the cart and place your order. Done!

Note: If any issues occur while uploading, you can still complete the order and send your photo to info@mypaintingworld.com. Please don't forget to provide your order number. Also, please note that we cannot print text as a custom design.
